This is the occasion during a weekend to taste the famous “Truffle Croustous” elaborated by the Sarladais chefs. But also, to concoct small dishes with truffles from a renowned chef during culinary courses!
Around this festival was created the Culinary Academy of foie gras and truffle that allows young talents of French cuisine to express themselves around these 2 luxury ingredients.
